How We Work

All of our executive coaching at Boardroom Metrics is retainer-based. We believe that to work successfully with individuals we must work with them in their environment. To do that, we commit a number of hours every week to working with our client teams in their own environment. That way we see reality. Our minimum retainer is for 3 months. We believe this commitment to joining our clients in their environment is critical to developing practical recommendations that lead to results for your business.
