My name is Jim Crocker. I'm the founder of Boardroom Metrics and helped assemble the tools and services provided by Boardroom Metrics to make it easier for CEO's and Directors to do a great job of running and governing their organizations.

For the past 20 years I've been a consultant, CEO and Director. I've worked with industry leaders like Pepsi and Procter and Gamble, small firms you've never heard of, and not-for-profit organizations in areas like health-care and education.
