Innovation involves thinking about disruption in an industry and the best form of disruption is when you do it to your own organization, not the competition.

True innovation is built from forming linkages across dissimilar products and industries to truly discover an insight that builds ‘the next big thing’.

This takes not only discipline and experience, but above all else an inquiring mind that can fit the technical and business requirements together for new products or services, while demonstrating critical domain expertise in a segment.

Understanding and quantifying new forms of value and guiding clients to think disruptively is where I excel.

Devising a new product concept is the ‘easier’ part of innovation.  Constructing a realistic plan to get the organization behind new approaches that fits within current operational realities is much more difficult.

Since a great idea is nothing without a plan to achieve it; gaining stakeholder buy in and forming trusted relationships with all parts of an organization is, I believe, a critical part of the process and a role I have performed over many years of international assignments creating products for brands worldwide.
