Residing in the Ottawa/Montreal area and fully bilingual, Jacques is an energetic leader with extensive senior management experience within Canada, the United States and Europe.

Jacques is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with COO and CEO experience. He is recognized for his strong leadership, interpersonal and decision making skills. Jacques is customer focused and results oriented with proven experience in the areas of sales, finance and operations.  He has built, developed and profitably integrated numerous business units on budget and on time.

Jacques diverse skill-set facilitates his ability to oversee the initial business planning process for both start-ups and existing businesses looking at establishing new initiatives. He develops financial modeling scenarios that highlight to management the key parameters that need to be evaluated. In parallel, Jacques identifies the strategies and tactics essential to ensuring sustained profitability and scalability. Once the new initiative has been launched he will structure a disciplined approach to tracking relevant performance metrics.

Jacques is also an executive mentor and coach.  He helps leaders to deliver their best performance and achieve breakthrough results; both personally and professionally.

Jacques stays active by participating in motorsports and skiing with his wife and family. He is available for travel and to work remotely across Canada and around the world.
