There are several ways that current effectiveness insight is produced. Team feedback is critical. Formal and informal 360 degree measures are used to gather this feedback.
Defining personal leadership goals is an iterative, interactive process involving the leader, the team and Boardroom Metrics. It provides simple and clearly beneficial objectives for the Leader to focus on.
The Personal Leadership Performance Plan, is a simple, easy to access roadmap that lays out mutually agreed upon activities, steps and timing for upgrading leadership skills areas.
Working in conjunction with a Boardroom Metrics leadership expert, leaders receive on-going training, input, feed-back and measurement as their leadership skill areas improve.
