How We Work
All of our Boardroom Metrics Accomplished Executives have been screened for their abilities to coach versus mentor. As senior leaders, all of them have significant experience leading and developing people. However, in the workplace, successful coaching is far more common than successful mentoring.
That reality is reflected in the people we have screened in our own group to be mentors versus coaches.
