Bringing 5-10 years of Human Resources experience + 2 years Management in a sales-driven organization you will further develop HR policies and practices within a high performance environment. CHRP designation is an asset.
An important focus is on balancing incentives and rewards for the Sales teams with motivation of others in the organization to also excel.
