Stephen White is a Certified Leadership Executive Coach and Human Resources professional with nearly forty years experience in a variety of public and private sector organizations.
Throughout his career he held several senior Human Resources generalist and specialist positions in both the public and private sectors, most recently with one of Canada’s leading financial institutions.
Previously, he held several Human Resources roles in areas such as occupational health and safety, recruitment and talent management, employee/labour relations, compensation, succession planning, benefits, compensation and HRIS.
Stephen graduated from McMaster University with an Honours B.A. in History and Political Science, and later went on to complete Masters degrees in Public Administration (M.P.A.) and Industrial Relations (M.I.R.) from Queen’s University, a Certificate in Adult & Continuing Education from the University of Saskatchewan (CACE), and an Advanced Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor.
He is also a Certified Joint Health & Safety Committee representative.
Stephen’s coaching training was completed through the College of Executive Coaching, and in 2017 and was awarded the ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
He is also is qualified to administer EQ –i 2.0 and EQ 360 psychometric assessments.
Stephen’s coaching practice covers areas such as transition coaching, supporting high potentials and those at risk, and preparation of newly hired or recently promoted employees.
A resident of Burlington Stephen is active in the Burlington Chamber of Commerce as well as the Halton Chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association.
