Karen McElroy, Co-Founder and Director

Karen started her career in the Art Print Publishing industry. For over 15 years, she held Marketing, Sales, Licensing and senior creative roles as an Artist Agent, Print Production Manager, Director of Marketing, Art Director and ultimately Creative Director.

She led the National Sales team as Director of Licensed Brands at Movado luxury goods, launching Hugo Boss and Tommy Hilfiger Watch Brands into the Canadian jewelery marketplace.

Moving into the Staffing industry; Karen has provided thousands of people with Career Coaching and Professional Branding strategies; including the value of using Social Media today.  She works primarily with post-corporate executives in transition.

As Director of the Accomplished Executives Program, Karen’s focus is on ensuring that Boardroom Metrics provides an opportunity ‘like no other’ for select, senior level achievers.
