Karen McElroy

Karen started her career in the Art Print Publishing industry.  For 15 years, she held Sales, Licensing and creative roles as an Artist Agent, Print Production Manager, Art Director and ultimately Creative Director.  She led the National Sales teams as Licensed Brands division Manager at Movado luxury goods, launching Hugo Boss and Tommy Hilfiger brands into the Canadian jewellery marketplace.

Moving into the staffing industry; Karen has provided thousands of people with career coaching, personal branding strategies; including the value of using social media today.  She now works primarily with post-corporate executives in transition.

As Director of the Accomplished Executives Program, Karen’s focus is on ensuring Boardroom Metrics provides an opportunity ‘like no other’ for select, senior level achievers.
