Yes. A common concern we hear from clients is that the firm who provided the interim management service is only involved in sourcing the interim manager – beyond that it is up to the interim manager to provide all of the solutions to the client and the client is to provide all of the management and quality control of the interim manager’s work.
We don’t work that way. Our interim managers are part of our team – we manage them the way any company would manage it’s resources – through expectation setting, training, quality control and feedback; and they have access to us and the entire rest of the team to ensure client needs are met.
