Jacques is customer focused and results oriented with proven experience in the areas of sales, finance and operations. He has built, developed and profitably integrated numerous business units on budget and on time.
Jacques diverse skill-set facilitates his ability to oversee the initial business planning process for both start-ups and existing businesses looking at establishing new initiatives.
He develops financial modeling scenarios that highlight to management the key parameters that need to be evaluated. In parallel, Jacques identifies the strategies and tactics essential to ensuring sustained profitability and scalability.
Once the new initiative has been launched he will structure a disciplined approach to tracking relevant performance metrics.
Jacques is also an executive mentor and coach. He helps leaders to deliver their best performance and achieve breakthrough results; both personally and professionally.
