Boardroom Metrics has been around a long time. We do business with clients all over North America. Four years ago, we got tired of fighting Toronto traffic and made Guelph our home town. Jim leads the governance practice. His first exposure to corporate governance was as CEO of a fast growing, TSX-listed, Waterloo-based university technology spin-off. The role lasted six years. Karen leads a team of eight professional RFP response writers and three graphic artists. Her team works with clients in a broad range of industries, helping them respond and win RFPs. Karen’s outsource team is fast response and highly skilled. All of them were corporate writers before joining Boardroom Metrics. The RFP response service is a very efficient way for organizations to respond professionally, regardless of size.
