Ideally, you are a skilled Communicator, Trainer and Leader with English/French fluency – some travel required.  Leadership experience working in the Financial Services sector with teams of Financial Advisors.

You will identify and implement successful training strategies for FA’s to achieve targets and build successful Wealth Management practices.  You bring 6+ years of proven results inspiring, training and enhancing Sales Teams and Financial Advisors to perform at their highest levels.

Developing and ensuring that Metrics are in place for monitoring performance and measuring individual, team and geographical results.
